Maybe this has been mentioned before, but I haven't seen it.

I bought the shakes in the can, and they're really good, so I thought I'd try to save some money and buy the powder. When I looked at the ingredients on the mix, there were sugar alcohols, and more carbs per serving than in the can. Any idea why this is?

I'm not sure, but I think the sugar alcohols add mass to the powder. Do you have a Sam's Club? I get mine there, way cheaper. It's $19 and some cents for 12 cans, which comes to about $1.60 per can. (liquid)

Yeah, I got them at Costco. They were even cheaper than Walmart. They only carry the chocolate, but that's fine.

I blend them up with ice cubes and make the best shake.

Don't you think all those marketing guys should read this message board to see what people really want?

And if you haven't already tried this - they're also good poured into a mug and heated - makes a nice morning or late night treat!

I've heated the Chocolate Royale and the Cafe au Lait. I really like them both that way!
