| I am sooo glad to see all of you low carbers eating yogurt! I love eating it but always worry that I'm not doing 100% Atkins. I always get good whooshies when I suddenly introduce yogurt into my plan. 213.5/161/147 Size 22/12/8-10?? Started Low-Carbing 5/23/03 Started Atkins 6/11/03 |

| I agree about the whooshies. Breakfast has always been a problem for me since starting this woe. Before I started eating yogurt I was eating the Atkins Advantage Bars. Apparently they slow down my weight loss efforts. Then along came yogurt and I have been losing steadily again. I love the stuff and it was one of the things I missed the most with this woe. | Yes those Advantage bars are SOOO not good. Plus, yogurt is a whole natural food. Those Advantage (and other such bars) are highly processed and have junk like glycerin in them. 213.5/160.5/147 Size 22/12/8-10?? Started Low-Carbing 5/23/03 Started Atkins 6/11/03 |

| Try the Greek Yogurt. You can buy it at Wal-Mart now. (and any health food store) It has 15 grams of protein (plain non-fat) and only 6 grams of carbs. It will spoil you for any other yogurt. (YUM!) |

| I'm a fan of the Greek stuff as well, and use it when I mix up a smoothie in my magic bullet. The lower carb count makes it a reasonable sometimes ingredient for me...

| I'm thinking you guys are talking about cows milk yogurt. I have to make my own from soy milk it's pretty easy.

| I actually really like the Weight Watchers line of Yogurts. There is a product review available here: Weight Watchers Yogurt | Diets in Focus for those interested in seeing what exactly this is all about..... |

| Well, at almost 15 gms of NET carbs per container, that's more than my metabolism can handle for a meal, no less a snack. With that and there being only very low fat, I'm not sure how that would fit into most low carb plans.

I try to get the "organic" yogurt where they don't put in extra sugar and stuff! I like Nancy's Yogurt. I also put yogurt in my smoothies and eat it with granola. Yogurt is an inspirational part of my diet! |

| Hi friends! I love, love, love the Stoneyfield plain-whole milk yogurt-yes the kind with the cream on the top...I eat yogurt sometimes twice a day...usually with nuts in it...or flax...sometimes coconut....IF I send hubby or kids out to get yogurt..they always come home with lowfat yogurt....in order to eat it without it causing a rukus with my insulin, I just add some fat to it...(heavy cream)...yogurt never pushes me out of ketosis...

| That Stonyfield cream on the top yogurt is so good. Had 1/2 cup with 1/4 C blueberries and 2 strawberries for breakfast. Only 11.5 net carbs which fits well in my woe. my only problem was where to get more calories since 120 calories isn't enough.
