I came off induction three days ago and lost 15 pounds. However, I have been stuck at the same weight for about 6 days. I am staying at the right carb level, drinking plenty of water and exercising every day for at least an hour. I know i shouldn't weigh in daily but I want to try to monitor my critical carb level. Surely it isn't at 20 grams.

Mal - this is very common. It takes your body a little time to adjust to the weight loss.

3rd week stalls are extremely common. Don't go back down to 20 carbs, either stay at 25 or move to 30. If you stay at 25, increase them to 30 next week. At least that's what I would do. A ccll of 20 is very very rare and I've never heard of a male having a CCLL that low. Most males can have at least 35 to 40. Just wait it out and it will be fine. How's the fiber?

Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof.

Thanks! Rob I haven't had much fiber the past few weeks. I have been lifting weights and I think that may have something to do with the weight stall as I know I am building muscle.
