Are they ok to eat. It says only 3 carbs on the box. I can't think of any other sugar free desrts other than Jello. Any ideas.

There are many, many sugar-free desserts from which to choose. What you're looking for, however, is carb-free or next-to-no carbs in desserts.
Sugar-free bubblegum has no sugar, yet it has 2 carbs PER STICK.
Keep in mind that even though it's sugar-free, it probably won't be carb free and since you're counting carbs, that's what counts.

Mal, I eat SF popcicles a few times a week. They keep me from eating something I shouldn,t when I need a snack. I make sure I save carbs for them. No more than 1 per day, usually at the end of the day.

I like to break them up and put a little Heavy Whipping cream on. Wierd I know but makes a change.
Another idea is to buy the small wax cups that you often find in a kids bathroom and fill them with sugar free (and carb free) kool aid. Cover the tops of the cups with saran wrap. Place a coffee straw through the saran wrap, freeze and voila, you have legal popsicles.

They list 3 carbs per bar on the box. Which still keeps me below my 25 carbs.
