Well sort of... I posted a "before" picture and a picture when I was close to my goal weight last year. The honeymoon and holidays wiped me out so I restarted at the New Year and going to make it a WOL now. Got 15 lbs to go to get to my first goal weight...

Forgot to mention that picture on the right is with the rock band "TRAIN".

Welcome back Wolfman! It's amazing how fast those pounds creep back up on us. I am starting to realize the truth to the fact that LC'ing is NOT a diet but a WOL. I suppose, once you've reached you goal it's OK to splurge once in a very great while but remaining on plan is the key to maintaining the weight loss.

It's never easy but it CAN be done. We are all living proof of that.

Good luck to you!

Wow Wolfman, I'm with Emily... at first I wasn't sure which drop dead gorgeous guy in the right hand picture was you! And she's right you and your new DW are both beautiful. You must be so happy!

You are also a good motivator for this way of life - given that you have seen it work so effectively and also seen what happens when you don't take it seriously enough to make it a WOL! Good, good, good for you guys both - and here's to living the (long) healthy life!!

Hugs,
Rachel

Many Many thanks for everybody's responses!

I truly appreciate the support!

This site has been the key point of support I and my wife have needed to stick with this WOE.

I lost another half pound yesterday! Wahoo!

My wife is still a little bummed. She has gone three weeks now with no loss but I keep pointing out to her that her pants have a whole lot more room in them now so that's great progress. She only has about 10 lbs to lose to get to her target weight so I reminded her this morning to stick with it and pointed out a few posts here showing her that stalls do happen and are completely normal.
