Even though I was at a stall for awhile, I moved on to OWL increasing my carbs by 5. Don't usually get on the scale two days in a row...usually just on Sat and Wed to see where I am...but got on the scale Monday morning and it weighed me at 133.8 and on Tuesday morning, got on and it weighed me at 132...may not be a big loss over night but at least I'm finally back in losing mode! WOOOOHOOOO...am also follwoing the no limit legal veggies rule. Love my raw spinach! Yum!

Oh Sheyla... breaking a stall is so gratifying, isn't it?!?!?

And heck, 1.8 pounds is pretty major in my book!!

I'm with ya on the spinach, too... GREAT stuff and sooooo good for you. Your body is thanking you!

Hugs,

Woohoo! What fun. And on this plan, you can be pretty sure that every lb. gone is really, really gone (in spite of typical water fluctuations).

Best Wishes!

I'm so stuck and want to be able to make a post in "Finally" with a weight lose! Question: what is "the no limit legal veggies rule" Sheyla can you give me a discription of what you ate? Is it here and I am missing it?

I think I did several things to break my stall. I use to guzzle down 97 oz of water within 2 hours...decided it was time to spread that out during the day time. Think that really helped. Then I really, really cut back on my sausage/kibalsa intake - some of those have hydrolized soy protein in them - aka glutamates - which is a filler and can cause a stall. I eat sausage maybe just once a week. Also, my dh started watching his sodium intake so I started doing that as well...and I think that really helped, too...oh my gosh! Didn't realize how much sodium American processed cheese had in it so switched to Aged Swiss cheese. Really enjoy the fresh taste of that! And as far as the no-limit legal veggies go, I eat unlimited dark leafy green raw spinach and unlimited celery. I don't even measure my salad anymore, either. And I've noticed a major suppression in my appetite since moving to OWL...more of a suppression than when I was on Induction...I also really have challened myself with my Curves workout as well...I do an hour a day...usually 5 times around the circuit instead of 3...and am getting ready to do strict cardio 2 days a week there...yesterday morning, I was 132...today I am 131.6! Now if I can just break into the 120's...I will be very delighted!

Sheyla
I'm so happy for you. You're proof that if we pay attention to what we're eating and ask questions here, a stall is never a permanent obstacle. Congratulations!
