I added my 5 carbs per day totally less then 25 carbs per day each day last week. I added weight training 5 days last week. I am ok this week (no longer sore) but last week was bad and I walked 3 times during the week. Got on the scale and I had gained 4.5lbs. GAINED, No cheating, no nothing, not even one piece of LC Russell stovers chocolate. At least if I had cheated it would be ok then. I would forgive myself and go on. They said with weight training you will gain the first week but 4.5 lbs. Anyway I will re-weigh on friday and see if part of it is just TOM.
I also measured this morning and will start tracking that once a week.
