My favorite things:

Feeding the ducks in the park with my husband.
Playing around on the computer.
Doing laundry (go figure).
Soft fabrics (guess it ties in with the laundry thing, eh?).
The smell of cinnamon rolls baking.
Vanilla candles.
The peace and quiet of Saturday mornings while everyone else is asleep.

My favorite foods echo several of the previous lists, and the best thing about it is I can eat as much as I want of all these delicious things and still lose/maintain weight! Amazing!

You know the best part of all this...NOT FEELING GUILTY about every bite that enters my mouth. For so long, I was plagued with a very unreasonable view on ALL foods; nothing felt "safe." Now I can embrace all sorts of yummy foods AND my own body for what it is.

I also must agree on:

butter
cream cheese
all cheese
steak
shrimp
spinach
egg salad
sausage

I remember in the past, whenever trying a low fat diet, that I would still often have a cheese sandwich for lunch (on whole grain bread of course). They say that no diet can be successful if it forces you to give up foods that you love and that it can never be a way of life if you can't live without those certain foods. I always thought it was the bread part of that cheese sandwich that I couldn't live without.

Turns out it was the CHEESE! I have always loved the stuff and now I eat it guilt free!!

My favorite now is my homemade whipped cream from my whipped creamer thing I got for Christmas. Second would be almonds. I am addicted to almonds. I didn't bring any into work today and I am having withdrawal symptoms.

Heavy Whipping Cream, I probably eat too much. I like it on Sugar free Jello and posicles.
