Maggie!

I about spit out my water when I read your comment about chicken skin. Isn't it the best?!?!?!?!

My stepson thinks I'm NUTS because I like to eat ALL chicken skin (crispy, of course) that I can get. He doesn't eat his so I long learned to REMOVE his yummy chicken skin to MY plate before even giving him his. Otherwise, it gets old and cold and ends up in the trash.

I told DH a million times, "I wonder if I can go to the store and ask them to save all the "skin" from all those chicken breasts and make myself some "chicken chiccarones"

Howard! Yes! I've had Lasater Grasslands Beef; it's fantastic! If I had the freezer space and could afford the shipping, I'd be eating it every day!
