Finally added these two items to my menu with great pleasure. I had to travel an hour to a specialty market in the city for the tortillas. Had two for dinner chicken, blue cheese, spinach and salsa. It was so filling that i felt guilty! In the same market they had the Jicama thing which was kinda hard to peel but great to eat. I am so glad i added these two items to my menu, one being great for dinner and the other a great snack that i can switch up with my usual handful of nuts or cup of atkins cereal.
