| ok guys i made this kefir stuff last nite and it was pretty good but I have no Idea what the carb count would be can ya help me out?? I disolved 1 pkg of sugar free jello(raspberry) in 1/2 cup hot water , then I took my trusty blender stick and blenderized 1 1/2 cups of kefir, then when the jello got coolenough so it wouldn't hurt the little probots Jackie |

| Wow Jackie, I'm impressed. I drink my kefir straight. But maybe I could even sneak some kefir made that way by my DH as a dessert. Thanks for the idea. BC 172/108/108 Zone since 4/98 |

| What a great idea!!!!! Yes, that's what I've been told, 4 carbs per 1 cup, as long as it's fermented a whole 24 hours and there are no more milk sugars left. YUMMY!!!!!
