Well that depends on you. I have lost of lot of my waist and stomach because you lose weigh all over. This woe eating is suppose to help that but I have always had a little belly and I still have one. I am trying weight training to see if I can tighten it up because the diet alone cannot do it and never has for me. I will check with my sister she used to have a flat stomach and I see how she is losing.

Different people will loose in different places first. For me, it took about 4-6 weeks before I started to loose weight from my stomach.

I lost weight proportionally.
Before and After
The stomach shrinks away just like everything else. I've had 5 pregnancies, too.

Everyone's different, however.

I started losing in my stomach area first. Everyone is different, though.

Until I really started doing cardio 4-5 days a week and 150 sit-ups, my stomach didn't shrink much. It's smaller now, however I need to keep doing the sit-ups to tighten the area.

Like it was said, everyone loses differently. I carry the most of my weight in my butt and thighs, I lose 1st in my tummy and last where I need it most!BOO HISS
