Tonight for supper we had chicken paprika (with butter, cream & paprika - Oh my goodness was it good!!!! Plus, we had broccoli with lemon juice, my mom's creamy cucumbers (with splenda instead of sugar) and peas. We were giggling it was all so good. How could one ever go back to low fat?????

Yup!

But be a little careful with peas, Kristie. There are 14 (after fiber deducted) gms of carbs in a cup of peas (measured while they're still raw.) If you have a high carb allowance, they might be a good choice, but if not, you might want to limit them to small amounts.

It just THRILLS me how WELL we get to eat on this WOL. Just LOVE it!!!!!! You're right... I'd NEVER go back to low-cal, low-fat EVER again. Wow!
