| Yup! But be a little careful with peas, Kristie. There are 14 (after fiber deducted) gms of carbs in a cup of peas (measured while they're still raw.) If you have a high carb allowance, they might be a good choice, but if not, you might want to limit them to small amounts. Just a "heads up."
