Work has become intense for reasons I don't want to go into publicly, but I know from past experience that I will forget to eat or be too stressed to eat. It's not about gain, more about health, any medium - long timers willing to email please let me know, it's like a 2 week deal, then I'll return to my much more focused self.
Thanks. Have been posting sporadically since July.

oh sndral... I'd love to help you but I live 12 hours east of you (south of Moscow) and so I could only help you with breakfast... that would NOT be very effective. Sorry! I'm sure someone will be able to help you out - especially someone in your same time zone who can drop you an email when they are eating, too...

good luck getting through a tough time...

Hugs,
Rachel

Thanks Rachel, I'm much better today, just was totally stressing last night. Sometimes so many expect so much from us. My problem is when I get to that can't sleep, stomach in knots stage, I tend to not be able to eat - a very bad thing, metabalism wise and all. But, today I found low carb tortillas (3 grms each) in my grocery store yippee, even @ highest stress I can nuke a tortilla w/ cheese and some salsa.

sndral... When I was living in the states and could order La Tortilla, low carb whole wheat tortillas... I would get 3 bags at a time and keep them in the fridge... I toast them in a (dry) frying pan and fill them with everything from chicken salad and lettuce to taco ground beef with sour cream, salsa, chopped scallions, lettuce, even a few chopped tomatoes... yummmmmmy! They were so good for those moments when you really needed something to hold those taco fillings

Hugs,
Rachel

I'm still doing fine, back in my college days I used to sautee a bunch of veggies and an egg or two, throw it on a taco and call it dinner. Were are you these days geographically, europe?

oops, just realized you have that you are in Georgia in your post, plus my hubby is presently visiting family in Romania and they are 10 hrs ahead and england is 9 hours so you must be even further east. I realize we are off topic, but would be fascinated to know how you find where you live now, and being low carb in a different land, must be a huge challenge.
