Hello, I have been lowcarbing for a year now and have lost 40 lbs..with 30 more to loose...by my Doctor's request..I am happy to find this site ..I will visit daily..thanks for being here for me.. this is my WOL ,not just a diet for me..I hope to get to know all of you..
