| Does anybody eat Maggie's cereal every morning for breakfast. I have been this week, love this stuff, but I seem more inclined to want a snack about 10:00 am. I eat breakfast at 5:30 am. I don't get hungry at 10:00 am when I eat eggs for breakfast. I am eating 1/2 cup. Deb 52 yrs. 5' Atkins since 6/9/03 165/139/115 My Fitday |

| I eat my cereal, but not every morning, since I like eggs, too. I have less than a 1/2 cup serving, since I find that, for me, more like 1/3 cup (dry) seems to satisfy. I also use a liberal amount of heavy cream on it, no matter which flavor I'm making on a given day. I also tend to drink a lot of water after breakfast, to take my vitamins. I eat at the same time that you do, but I tend to get my first snack more like around 9:30 and I have one almost every day. I hadn't noticed that any difference between cereal and scrambled egg days. I'm interested, too, to see if anyone else has noticed any difference. Maggie 5'1" ~~ Atkins since '98 (160+) Maintaining nicely (110 +/-) ~~ Redhead until further notice! |

| I've had no problems with ketosis after eating it. (I've used Flax-o-meal, which, I understand, is basically the same thing, right?) I have noticed a problem, though with... errr... Well, it seems to have a strong laxative effect, like a huge bowl of bran. ************** "Sometimes I think you have to march right in and demand your rights, even if you don't know what your rights are, or who the person is you're talking to. | Yup, it's a flax-o-meal knock off, minus the flavorings, so you can have it any way you want on a given day. ... and yes, it does "promote regularity" Maggie 5'1" ~~ Atkins since '98 (160+) Maintaining nicely (110 +/-) ~~ Redhead until further notice! |

| Well, it has actually solved my, er, um, regularity problem. I haven't had it every morning, but I love it! For me, I eat breafast around 9:30am and often end up forcing myself to eat lunch at 2:30pm, because I'm not hungry. So, it stays with me for the whole morning. | I eat it about 3 times a week. Like Maggie I eat 1/3 cup but often will have 1/2 cup of plain yogurt with it. Since I try to have around 10 net carbs for breakfast it works for me. Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |

| I can only eat it every other day. If I eat it everyday, I get TOO regular! ![]() I eat all day long. I am a grazer. I eat a small breakfast, then in an hour, I eat a piece of pepperoni, then a salad, then some cheese... I always have a bite or two of something in front of me.
