Does anybody eat Maggie's cereal every morning for breakfast. I have been this week, love this stuff, but I seem more inclined to want a snack about 10:00 am. I eat breakfast at 5:30 am. I don't get hungry at 10:00 am when I eat eggs for breakfast. I am eating 1/2 cup.

I eat my cereal, but not every morning, since I like eggs, too. I have less than a 1/2 cup serving, since I find that, for me, more like 1/3 cup (dry) seems to satisfy. I also use a liberal amount of heavy cream on it, no matter which flavor I'm making on a given day.

I also tend to drink a lot of water after breakfast, to take my vitamins.

I eat at the same time that you do, but I tend to get my first snack more like around 9:30 and I have one almost every day. I hadn't noticed that any difference between cereal and scrambled egg days.

I'm interested, too, to see if anyone else has noticed any difference.

I've had no problems with ketosis after eating it. (I've used Flax-o-meal, which, I understand, is basically the same thing, right?)

I have noticed a problem, though with... errr... Well, it seems to have a strong laxative effect, like a huge bowl of bran.

Yup, it's a flax-o-meal knock off, minus the flavorings, so you can have it any way you want on a given day.

... and yes, it does "promote regularity" LOL! 2 out of 3 main ingredients (bran & flax meal) are hugely fiberous.

Well, it has actually solved my, er, um, regularity problem. I haven't had it every morning, but I love it!

For me, I eat breafast around 9:30am and often end up forcing myself to eat lunch at 2:30pm, because I'm not hungry. So, it stays with me for the whole morning.

I eat it about 3 times a week. Like Maggie I eat 1/3 cup but often will have 1/2 cup of plain yogurt with it. Since I try to have around 10 net carbs for breakfast it works for me.

Maggie's cereal is my fav evening snack. And I've noticed the regularity thing too. Works for me.

I can only eat it every other day. If I eat it everyday, I get TOO regular!

I eat all day long. I am a grazer. I eat a small breakfast, then in an hour, I eat a piece of pepperoni, then a salad, then some cheese... I always have a bite or two of something in front of me.
