I am very happy with my results thus far.. 16 lbs since Jan 5 is great! I have noticed however that my weight loss has slowed down; this is normal right... as my body adjusts, etc..? I am watching my carbs closely and just got back to the gym after taking a few weeks off to focus on eating right and getting my personal self in order to accomodate a busier day.

I am still trying to learn that I should not weigh myself every day. :-)

You are right on track! Plus, going back to the gym may cause a slight gain because of building muscle (I go 5 days a week and its happening to me!) Congratulations on your loss though and you are correct, dont weigh every day, it'll only discourage you.

Congratulations on the terriffic loss. It should slow down to about 2 pounds per week give or take. Now that I'm down 78 pounds my body is fighting me for every pound of fat I have left. I'm happy with 1/2 pound a week some weeks and thrilled with a whole pound.

You're stats are almost exactly where my husband's are. He's losing about 1 pound a week now too, give or take. Just remember to keep drinking your water, exercising and stay away from the LC "junk" food out there and you'll do great!
