| I am very happy with my results thus far.. 16 lbs since Jan 5 is great! I have noticed however that my weight loss has slowed down; this is normal right... as my body adjusts, etc..? I am watching my carbs closely and just got back to the gym after taking a few weeks off to focus on eating right and getting my personal self in order to accomodate a busier day. I am still trying to learn that I should not weigh myself every day. :-) Mike ============================== 260/249/210 - Started 1/5/2004 ============================== |

| You are right on track! Plus, going back to the gym may cause a slight gain because of building muscle (I go 5 days a week and its happening to me!) Congratulations on your loss though and you are correct, dont weigh every day, it'll only discourage you. Atkins since 8/15/03 5'4 231/189/155 Fiesty Red-Head www.sdsymphony.org |

| Mike Congratulations on the terriffic loss. It should slow down to about 2 pounds per week give or take. Now that I'm down 78 pounds my body is fighting me for every pound of fat I have left. I'm happy with 1/2 pound a week some weeks and thrilled with a whole pound. Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |

| You're stats are almost exactly where my husband's are. He's losing about 1 pound a week now too, give or take. Just remember to keep drinking your water, exercising and stay away from the LC "junk" food out there and you'll do great!
