Increasing my carbs again by another 5 g increments this week, and today, I really, really, really wanted some yogurt - even just 3 oz of the 6 oz containers of the Blue Bunny splenda-made yogurt. The store I went to didn't have the Blue Bunny and I didn't want all that stuff that had high fructose corn syrup in it...went to another store looking for the Blue Bunny when my dh pointed out to me the Dannon Carb Control yogurt. 3 g of Net carbs for 4 oz...made with splenda...I had the Strawberries and Cream and really enjoyed it. A little thicker than other yogurt but to me, it was creamier as well...and the 4 oz was enough to satisfy my taste buds for yogurt, and I didn't have any sugar cravings that I often get when I have other foods that are splenda-made. Here, about $2.50 for a 4 pack. They also have peaches n' cream, raspberries n' cream and vanilla cream. Looking forward to trying the other flavors...as long as I stay in my losing mode adding this back in. Wasn't planning to add yogurt in this soon, but I just wanted some so bad...and hey, better than wanting a sugar-laden candy bar! My cravings are really changing eating this way...but okay with me!

I bought some of the Vanilla on Friday. It is sooo good. I only ate about 1/2 a container though. Even DH loves it. (he is l/cing too)

I definitely have not seen this. I went on the site that April posted and they found no stores in my area that carry it. I wonder if anyone knows how easy it is to request a grocery store order a product. This would be a great alternative for breakfast, and great for a snack.

According to their locator, I have no stores that carry it yet either. It takes my stores awhile to get with the program.

April, thanks for those links!!!!

Nope, none around me, either.

Thanks for the heads-up, Sheyla, and for posting those links, April. I will be checking the stores for this, for sure.

Hey all,
LeCarb also makes LC yogurt, 4g carbs per serving. I had some of the peach mango, and it was delicious! Kind of expensive, I can't remember the exact price, but it was between $1.50-$2.00 each. LeCarb YoCarb yogurt

OK, here's an update:

Even though the store locator said that it wasn't for sale anywhere near me, I just got back from grocery shopping, and I found it. All they had was the strawberry, but I bought it. As soon as this egg fast thing is over, I'm gonna try it!

For those who live in the Northeast, I found it at Price Chopper.

Like Trina,
The website said they didn't have it in my store, but when I went I found it and the lc tortillas. I am going to eat veggies and meat today and won't try that until I get rehydrated.

Brought some of the Dannon Carb Control Yogurt to give to a friend at work today who is following the LC WOL as well...and guess what she showed me? Blue Bunny controlled carb yogurt! I think it has 5 g carbs per container, and the container is 6 oz, I think. I was just pleased to see it! So glad they're now coming out with CC yogurt! Makes for a nice, satisfying treat! All the taste, little of the carbs...

Anyone have any luck finding this in Los Angeles? None shows up on the locator (thanks for the link to the Dannon site), but I will scout around, if we hear there's some out there... somewhere. Yay! I miss my yogurt!!

I haven't found any either, it takes our stores a long time to get with the program.
