| How long it takes after a cheat to get back in ketosis depends on how bad the cheat was and your own metabolism. Also you might have gone back into ketosis and just aren't registering on the ketostix. If you didn't cheat too badly I would say that by today you would be back in ketosis. | I am still not back in ketosis and have been under 25 carbs since Sunday. Last week I was registering a moderate reading and now none whatsoever. I tried testing in the evening but, still no good. |

| If you've been faithfully keeping to 25 carbs a day then you are most likely in ketosis but not registering on the ketostix. Unless you have been eating anything with sugar alcohols. Have you? Rob 310/232/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |

| The only thing I have added differently is Sugar Free Jello and Whipped Cream and the odd snack of pork rinds. I must admit my Vegetable intake has been a little lower. Other than that everything else is the same. Last week I had gotten into a moderate/high ketone level and this week not even a trace. I am not bothered about the reading as I know I am not doing anything different. It just gets confusing trying to figure when you are burning fat or not. | It sounds like you're doing okay. Try testing at different times of day.
