I seem to have a lot of trouble getting all my water in on the weekends. This morning, I ran out of pork rinds...had some cucumber for a snack instead. I have only had ONE glass of water so far...usually by this time I'm down about 40 ounces! So...maybe if I leave the salty snacks out, I won't need to drink so much water? I've been in a stall, so I'll see what the scale says tomorrow and report back!

    Gertie,

You really need the water. Everyone, regardless of this woe, but especially on this woe, needs to drink about 1/2 their body weight in ounces of water daily. If you weigh around 200 pounds, then you should drink at least 100 ounces of water daily.

    Blessings!

but if you cut out the salty snacks - you may cut back on water retention which will will show on the scale.

Well...after 2 days of no pork rinds, and only about 40 oz of water...I'm back down to 213...was at 218 for about a month...weird...
