Hey fellow Montrealer,
I wasn't sure if we had the wraps here in Canada yet. I'm looking forward to trying them! STAY WARM!

I'm shocked you do not think they are expensive. I do. Anyway, I am trying to stay away from this kind of stuff. I have been eating way to much of it.

Good luck all!!

I had a lc wrap using the "spicy Italian" meat at one Subway & it was delicious & well worth the price. Then, different day, different Subway I ordered the turkey wrap as advertised & went away hungry & a bit angry at the rude little gal who waited on me. Would you believe 2 "slices" of olive & 2 "little bits" of green pepper. It was like eating a juicy tortilla. That one was NOT worth the $.

Everything is relative! The first Subway was accommodating to what I wanted. After all, we already know what we can and can't have.

I had one for lunch. I even have them make it simple -
the $ cost didn't bother me -
but now I still feel stuffed (5 hrs later) and I used up close to half my carbs on it.

Don't think I'll do it again unless I have to (sometimes it is easier when I am on the road)

but how much are they in USA?
im in canada so its about 2.50 US with out tax that is...and i was full on one...

no lis it wasnt salty at all..the only thing i didnt really like was that ranch dressing they put on it..next time i will just put mayo..

even if its the same chain resturants, in canada often we have different regulations... like salt would be one...often you wont find certain menus americans have in their chain resturants here in canada...canadians are like...hard to explain...but im sure NeedaChange will understand since shes from here too...we are a bit more fussy when it comes to food and it doesnt sell as well here....

Hey NeedaChange...nice to see a LC friend living in the same area....good...like that we will keep track of each other...

hang in there all

Mine was around $4.95 (Chicken one) and all I asked for was Lettuce, olives, and a tiny bit of onions. It was filling but I think too pricey.

thats odd...wouldnt it be all the same price if you live in the same country?

Seesko, if you make them at home...where do you get the wrap from...here in canada its always harder to get any diet thing...like i mentioned the rules are very strick...or do you know how to make them...

thanks

I had the chicken bacon ranch a couple of nights ago. I added some of *all* the vegetables and it was very filling. It's a good thing that it was, too. I was starving at the time! Price was in the $4.00 range. I will buy them again.

La tortilla factory? never heard of...

would love to learn how they do them wraps...i would give a go at it...

we dont have all these things for Atkins here...the govent is really strick for entering anything here...for food chain resturants they wont make much money here cause we do eat junk food like USA...even though we are the biggest country in the world(next to Asia) we are only 30million...and its a country with tons of immigrants...Montreal is like NY...fantastic food cause of all the cultures...cultures make their own dish...i know sounds weird but heh...what do you want...lol...then you have the ppl like me that works 5 days and runs during the week and weekend...we dont have the grandma or mom that cooks for us at home...

but it sure would be nice to find a bit more LC things in this country so i dont have to bust my chops preparing things ahead of time with you dont have that time...maybe one day soon...LC is getting a big thing here now...so eventually they will wake up...

today im starting my egg fast...i have this big event on saturday...will see what it does...just that i hate eggs..so i will be spitting feathers for a few days....i will eat a proper meal for supper...dont want to eat eggs all 4 days...dont want to start laying golden eggs....hmmmmm theres a way to get rich...lol...

be good ms lisette...
