I stepped on the scale and was shocked to see I had gained 4 lbs since yesterday morning! YIKES! I'm assuming it is water weight because the only thing different I did yesterday was have 2 slices on low carb bread (net 4carbs each slice). And I only got like 80 oz of water in . Anyone else experience this problem???

Only once and then it was when I started weight training. But 2 to 3 lbs difference per day is not rare. Check you ankles and hands and see if they are just slightly puffy.

That is one reason I do not weigh daily any more. The weight variation is hard on you.

LOL...I know I should put the darn scale out of sight ....its there ...I step on it every morning.. ..anyway I was thinking back to yesterday and realized I had like 6 oz of smoked ham! Salt salt salt! I've been going to Curves since May 27,2003 so it shouldn't be muscle weight. Water is going to be my friend today....hehe

Hmmm... I would be careful with that particular low-carb bread.
