Making hard boiled eggs was nearly a fiasco!!

"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "Now this is a classic stupid moment...Was feeling hungry so thought I'd boil me some eggs...well I keep burner covers on my electric range...I uncovered the front burner....put it on high and put my eggs ...."

Now this is a classic stupid moment...Was feeling hungry so thought I'd boil me some eggs...well I keep burner covers on my electric range...I uncovered the front burner....put it on high and put my eggs on to boil...then I went to the bathroom...SOMETHING WAS SMELLING FUNNY and it wasn't me!...LOL....I started the wrong burner..one that was still covered..EEEEWWWWW ...I had a mess...fan was going... I'm running around opening windows, the smoke detectors are going off and the birds were squaking...LOL...Forgot all about being hungry! Just had to share that with everyone!
