| Hi, Just felt so happy this morning. I stepped on the scale and had a 3.8 pound drop. First time I had a whoosh since week three. I have been lossing steadily 1 to 1 1/2 pounds a week. I am so happy I could jump. (though the neighbors downstairs prevent me from indulging right now The support on this site has a lot to do with my success. All the great info and recipes here have made this so much eaiser than the first time I tried Atkins three years ago. Thanks to all of you! Cheers, Information gladly given, but safety requires no unnecessary conversation. http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJ...wner=RedLegg46 LC - 7/3/03 290/211.4/169 |
