 DH & I split the pizza last night and it was delicious! The crust is made by food for life, it has wheat gluten, oat flour and flax. It was crunchy and thick, the way I like it. The pizza sauce tasted home-made and these cheese was very gooey. Yum! We had the spinach pizza. Plain cheese is also available. I'm glad I bought 4 of these @$2.49 when they had a sale at shoprite.
