| Shelley, I have yet to hear that popcorn was alright for OWL. I have had two occassions of popcorn in the past five months, and I will tell you I was actually disappointed of the taste. Made it no differently at home (no butter, with salt only) and for some reason it just didn't taste the same to me. Thankfully so, I use to eat popcorn for a meal once a week! I would like to know the breakdown if you find out and see if it could be gradually introduced within OWL, but I am really not counting on it! Let me know.. Thanks, Lori 246/195/160 September 03' |

| If you're following Atkins, popcorn isn't allowed until pre-maintenance. LCE member since March 2002 |

| I must warn you I fell into the popcorn trap. I thought that it couldnt be that bad. Boy was I wrong...I stalled with a capital S. Plus the worst part was, I got really addicted to it and the cravings wouldnt go away for a long time. So best not to venture there!!
