i have belonged to the same health club for about 3 years now ... and i really love it.
somehow i avoided the free personal training/consultation when i first joined... i'm not crazy about those muscle men following me around, telling me how to lift weights!
anyhoo, i was approached yesterday by a female trainer, new to my gym - she offered me a free training session, etc. she seemed very approachable, so i agreed!
so here's what i am wondering: how do i tell her about my low carb WOE? i'm fearful that she will try to tell me to change my ways, etc. and i don't want her to weigh me ... can i just say no?
any suggestions would be appreciated!!
