Okay....not feeling so smug anymore.....I not only didn't lose between Dec and Feb....I GAINED TWO POUNDS!!!!

I knew the time was coming when that might happen to me and I wasn't a happy camper...*sigh*

My own fault tho....was starting to "sluff off."

Was not drinking the water....or exercising...and cheating a bit....plus going thru some personl stuff.......but that woke me up and I'm really working on seeing a loss for March...(I've been too embarrassed to let ya'all know how I goofed )

Okay fessed up....now onward and upward....

The two pounds is probably bloating/water weight. Don't get discouraged. Just start drinking that water and get back on track.
Two months lost is nothing in the big scheme of things. Better to come back and *face the music* NOW than 6 months from now, right...???

Been feeling a bit blah! I'm sure I haven't lost any more weight (and I refuse to get on the scale til I see my Dr. the first of March)....but it just dosen't feel like it's coming off! Maybe I should do induction (which BTW I NEVER did!)....or the egg fast or something...I really need a perk me up....and to be stuck at a certain weight can really make one blue (as you all knows! *sigh*)

I'm gonna hang in there tho....
