I've been thowing up since last night and today continue to feel nauseous eventhough i don't think there is anymore food in my stomach since i haven't eaten anything. Since my childhood the only thing that ever helps me whenever i felt this way was to drink Gingerale soda all day. I had my first cup this morning and it made me feel a little better, but 24 grm of Sugar! per cup. Do any of you have tummy ache alternatives?

Maybe use sugarfree gingerale? Same stuff no sugar. Or Ginger tea, I've used that before and its ok but I prefer diet gingerale. Hope you feel better soon

Good idea, i didn't even know they made diet gingerale; i don't think the bodega had any. The worst thing is that i know i have to eat something, but everything i think of just makes me nauseous...uhgh!!!!

Lipton makes ginger twist tea and is available at MOST of the stores around here. Ginger tea is great and is readily available pretty much anywhere.

Hope you feel better soon, I've had a stomach bug for 2 days, but luckily with no hurling or the, ahem, other. Just a gut ache.

you can also drink ginger tea, right now I am going thru the same thing, I dont know if its the cheat I did this weekend and Im STILL suffering, or if my system is messed up, or if its a stomach flu, I am just so nauseated and my left side feels icky. I'm holding out, and hoping its the flu, I just took a vitamin C and a capsule of flaxseed oil to cover all bases

I know that hansens has diet ginger ale too, my bf is drinking that stuff.
