| Just start over and get back on track, even if you have to do it every hour 216?/199/140'ish started 1/1/04 |

| Do you keep a food journal? I find it helps me stay on track if I know that at some point today I have to write down or, in my case, type into www.fitday.com everything I've eaten. And this way you can go back and pinpoint exactly whre you went wrong and maybe identify foods that are triggers for you. In any case all that matters now is that you are trying to get back on track. Please do it! We're rooting for you. Rob 310/230.5/180 Me, a skeptic? I trust you have proof. |
