I was in Walgreens today and found these great sugar-free chewy fruit deals that taste SO good. I loved Starbursts before I stated Atkins, so now I'm excited to actually get to have a treat that is fruit flavored. The best part? They are sweetened with Splenda!! They are called Golightly and they are only about $1.50 a bag. Just thought I would share!!

Yeah...I kinda had about 1 or 4 too many. But they are so good and I have missed fruit so much! Will power...will power.

I got some of those for my kids - the creme/strawberry ones. Even though they list Splenda as the sweetener on the back they list other sugar alcohols as well. The "effective" carb count is zero but carb count is 4.7 with sugar alcohols being 4.7 for each candy. So, it would be a "your milage may vary" kind of thing. But, having said that, I would much rather give these to my kids than the sugar loaded ones. And if sugar alcohols don't bother you they are very tasty!!!
