Everyone is sooooo right about sticking to this WOE!

I have not cheated even one time, but the scale seemed really slow. But on Valentine's day (Saturday - my weekly weigh/measure day) I had dropped 3 pounds from the previous week!

I know it's not going to be like this every week, and it is a tiny amount, but boy did that ever encourage me!!! I am a short person and every little bit that comes off is just so wonderful for me.

I'm also looking at my measurements and my loss there is about 6"!!! I'm even thinking of changing my Goal to a measurement instead of weight, though I wouldn't know what to aim for.

That is so great! Congrats! I too am very short (5'), so I know what you mean. The whoosh fairy finally visited me last week, after a two week standstill. It was very nice.
