| I stepped on the scale this morning very slowly, like one foot slowly at a time, as if I were sneaking up at it, and lo and behold: I have lost another pound this last week. I have been battling a bad cold/pink eye for over a week, and haven't exercised as often or as long as I usually do. And, I admit, I've eaten some popcorn (my big comfort food) while I've been preparing a report for work (due tomorrow.) And then I wonder: is it water loss from the sugar-free chocolates my DH gave me Saturday? ![]() Maybe it's best I don't know... Have a good LC day, everybody! Finish What You Start |

| That's exactly how i get on the scale too...lol Last week i had the stomach viurs for 24 hours where i was throwing up everything i'd eaten and lost 2 lbs in one day, but gained them right back in the next two. Hopefully you keep your off, better not get on the scale for a couple of days and keep doing good to maintain the loss. Started 3/20/03 thru 9/2003 Restarted 1/2/04, this time i will finish what i started. 180-155-140 http://img24.photobucket.com/albums/...rofile_pic.jpg |
