| Amy, I don't know if you have read Laura Richard's book "the secret to low carb success", but one of the things she discusses there is that some occasional up/down fluctuations happen to people. I know that it is very frustrating, but somehow knowing that it had happened to other people, and that they had succeeded despite the problem makes it feel less intimidating to me. Started Atkins on 9/20/03 235-->185; 150 goal |
