I've mentioned that i re-joined this woe in January of this year after being out of it for about 4 months. Durning the time i was off this woe i gained 5 - 7 lbs. This morning i finally reached my 155 lb weight which was the lowest i reached back in July of 03 and then stalled for a couple of months got discouraged and took a break for 4 months and thats why i gained some weight.

So i'm excited to be here (again) but very nervous to move foward from this point on. Every number below this weight if maintained for more that a couple of days will be the lowest ever. Ready or not skinny minies, here i come...lol wish me luck!

Started 3/20/03 thru 9/2003
Restarted 1/2/04, this time i will finish what i started.

I know how you feel. My lowest weight ever was 180, when I was in High School. I am just 5 pounds away from that.

Six pounds from now, I will be at the lowest weight I have ever been in my adult life.

It's just extremely frustrating that my weight loss has slowed down to a crawl. Well hopefully by March or April I will get below 180. In any event, I am so happy with low carb, that I would continue with it even if I never lost another pound.

Started Atkins on 9/20/03
235-->185; 150 goal

I agree, that even if i didn't loose another pound i would stay on this woe because any other way slowley makes me gain weight and deprives me.
