 I'm new to the site and so far really enjoy reading all that it has to offer... I do have a question has anyone ran accross a low carb snack bar type recipe? Those things are so expensive I thought if I could do them myself it may be more economical. Thanks in advance.  |

Not only the price is too high, the sugar alcohols and other stuff in them are not good for you. They make some people stall and gain weight.
