Finally my scale moved, Im back down under 200, after my cheat on the weekend of 2/8, which caused me to gain 3 lbs !!! I took off that 3 lbs and now am where I started again. Its been a long 2 weeks, frustrating, seeing myself have to re-do the loss that I've already lost, then regained. That cheat was so NOT worth it. NEVER again ! No more setbacks like this. I drank a gallon of water yesterday and the day before, and this morning the woosh fairy visited me, 2 lbs, GONE. Now to stay on track and dont get derailed again. Tonite is pizza nite with my son and my bf son, so they can eat the pizza, Im just going to have a big salad. 216?/199/140'ish started 1/1/04

Good for you! Pizza is such a down fall for me too. You could try what I did last week. Take hte toppings off and put it on an lc tortilla or piece of bread, or bagel, or a hamburger. All very yummy, you won't feel like you are missing a thing, but you definatly will be missing the carbs. Good luck all!! Seesko 242/229/135 "What my mind can envision; my body can master!"

Congratulations Merdiva. Something similar happened to me over the holidays. It was a real rush when I got back to my all time low and kept going even. Beckie 257/209/150

Mediva, good job! Just don't beat yourself up too much about your cheat though - I too love pizza a lot! I've cheated with it twice since my low-carb journey has started. I can sooooo relate. I'm happy for ya! Never give up! Never surrender! Katrin
