| OMG! I have the only cheese craving and it's so unusual to me. Usually i get sweet cravings easy to satisfy with a piece of fruit or even an atkins bar if i havn't had one in a while. I know cheese is an acceptable food, but i've already had: 2oz of semi-soft white, 1/2 c of cottage and 1 oz of sharp cheddar, this was all after having breakfast and it's only 10:40 am! I plan to drink lots of water to dilute the salt and hope that this craving doesn't continue through out the day....ughh Started 3/20/03 thru 9/2003 Restarted 1/2/04, this time i will finish what i started. 180-154-140 http://img24.photobucket.com/albums/...rofile_pic.jpg |

| i had that very craving a couple of days ago.. i had goulda.. pepperjack.. and extrasharp cheddar.. odd thing is .. i HATE CHEESE .. at least i did before starting this lo carb... now it is my friend..*L*.. i figure it was something missing in my diet.. fat. salt?? something.. anywho.. it went away... did i mention that i am MANIC..*sigh* NEW BLOOD! go easy on me.. i'm a rookie.. |

| Don't worry too much about eating too much cheese, unless you start to stall. If you do stall, drop back on the cheese. If you keep losing while eating the cheese, go for it!!!
