I average between 30 and 35 somewhere. I am holding off on moving up until my husband catches up with me in about two more weeks then we will go up together. I still have a LOT to lose but he only is aobut 10 from his goal. At 6'2" he can weigh 190-195 and be fine, me at 5'4" should weigh about 130 and I am about 205. I will keep adding until I totally stop losing and then go back down so I am slowly losing until I get down to around 130.

My levels range from 20-probably 45 or 50. It depends on how much fruit or nuts or LC bread I've had. Some days I am ravenous and eat a lot. Other days, I couldn't care less about food. It probably coincides with how much exercise I've had and what kind of breakfast I've had or how soon I've eaten after waking.

I'm pretty much the same as Barb. It's all over the place. Some days are as low as 20 and other days have been as high as 55. I will not go higher than 55 though until I reach my goal.

I'll say somewhere between 25 and 50, it all depends on my activity for the day if I exercise my appetite goes up and I allow myself more if I am lazy and lay around blinking all day I limit myself...it's kind of a reward system I have for myself

I make an effort to never let my carbs go below 35 or over 50. My daily average in a weeks time is 41-42 consistently. I use fitday's report function to determine this.

Mine are around 25-30; I try to be consistent because I still have quite a bit of weight to lose. It is just easier for me to track progress (or failure) each day if I am conscience of the actual count.
