i read in the "DRINK YOUR WATER" post that it's best to sip your water throughout the day (i think Summer mentioned this). but i kind of like to drink my water quickly - in large quantities.
kinda like chugging ... just open the hatch and done it goes!
is there any reason that having a lot of my daily water all at once (quickly) would be a bad thing??
thanks!

I drink it fast too, 1 liter before 9:00 a.m, then another before 2:00 p.m, another before 3:00 p.m, and the last one before 5:00 after that maybe just a little bit because I hate getting up during the night.

I have one of those weight watcher mugs, that is about the only thing that has worked for me with WW. Their mugs hold 32 oz, I drink half of it in one shot, then the other an hour later, I shoot for 3-4 of those mugs a day. It makes it really easy, oh and i buy the gallon water jugs, I know, if I polished off the whole gallon, I did good for the day, but I just drink the water plain. The more you drink, the more you can drink.

Personally I think you have to drink it kind of fast in order to get all the water we need to drink in one day in, because if I don't stop drinking by 5 or 6 (in large amounts of course) then I will PEE all night long! I already have a hard time getting 20 minutes of work done because of my bathroom breaks as it is. haha, but I do remember reading something that if you drink more than 10 oz at a time the rest is wasted because your body can't hold that much at a time??? I DON'T KNOW THE RIGHT ANSWER, but I'm sure it's fine

I've read that if you drink huge amounts at one time it can be potentially dangerous. Your electrolyte balance can be harmed. There was a thread on this recently, I think.

Terra, I think it has to be quite a bit. Definitely more than a gal a day. It dilutes the blood and the first symptoms are slight dizziness or fogginess in your head and nausea.
