| Thank you !, you know I heard something on TV today, when you lose 10 lbs of "fat", it looks like 20 lbs, when you lose 10 lbs of "fat and muscle and water" it doesn't look like it. This is only 22 lbs and I am impressed with myself, so much so that I didnt buy the atkins little ice cream cups and Im going to excercise tomorrow. I have a cracked L5 and a whacked lower back and Ive been home on disability trying not to go insane, I wish I could excercise more so this will progress faster. You guys are the best Im so glad I found you ! 220/198/140'ish started 1/1/04 |

| WOW, I just LOVE pics!!! You are well on your way, and we can really see a difference already!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! Can you get some hand weights from Walmart or something to tide you over when you can't exercise vigorously? I started out with 5lbers, a pair of them. They're great for upper body strenthening and building lean muscle (which burns more fat.) Just an idea. | I strongly agree with Barb on the weight training. Another thing that you can try is walking. Getting a mile or two in a day will also help. PS: great transformation; it will only get better from here. Started Atkins on 9/20/03 235-->185; 150 goal |
