Well, It's been awhile.... I used to come in here all the time. I was doing really well, then messed up over the holidays. I went home for vacation and was really good for the first week... after that it just went down hill. I had every intention of getting back on track when I came back but then I had some traumatic happen and food has always been my safety net.... So, as you can probably guess I have been eating everything under the sun.

I am determined to get back to this WOE. I felt so much better then.... I've enrolled for a new water aerobics class, and I went grocery shopping to get all the right food, and threw out all the wrong food. I did gain back about 8 lbs.. so I have some to get off before I'm truly back on track.

Any words of encouragement would be great. I"m having a really hard time kicking the sweets this time around.... last time I just stopped and it was easy. This time it seems to be different. Maybe I just wasn't in the right frame of mind...

Anyway, can't wait to be back in here on a regular basis.... everyone here has always been a great help... thanks!!!

Welcome back - just keep that thought in your mind about how you felt when you were making better choices with eating. I am doing this WOE for the second time too, so I know how hard it is to get back on the horse. Have patience with yourself, and stay positive!

The most important thing is that you are back on plan now.

Everyone has these problems occasionally. It is how we deal with them, and get back on track that makes you a successful low carber.

You are doing the right thing by getting rid of all the bad foods and buying the right low carb foods. Remember, in time your cravings will get better. Finally remember plenty of veggies and watch out for those low carb treats as they might re activate cravings.
