Congrats Barb!

You have been so supportive of others for so long that it feels so good to "support back".

I have only been able to glance at the forums for the last couple of days cause of work so missed your post at first.

PS - Thanks for always being there for us!

Barb, congrats on the visit from the ( I borrowed this from you ).

I can honestly say, I do not think I could make it through my long stalls without knowing that you are going through them and perserving. You have got me through some tough times. I really think what keeps me going is not letting you be stubborner than me .

I am doing the happy dance for you

Hey Barb!!!! Let's hear it for the glacier club!! Congratulations. Isn't it just wonderful to see at least one lower figure than the one you've stared at for so long??

I have a woosh this week too, and find myself facing the possiblity of moving into the 160's which I haven't seen for more than 20 years. It's exciting, and scary!

Peace, Peg

Hey Barb, i remember a time last year when you were in the 150's and i was right there with you, and then you just kept going down and left me behind (don't feel guilty or anything, you didn't tell me to start eating bread...lol) you are my inspiration and i'm looking forward to be in the 140's and 130 with you. Congratualtions!

Started 3/20/03 thru 9/2003
Restarted 1/2/04, this time i will finish what i started.

Lissette, I'm crossing my fingers for you. One of the things I did was to REALLY up my water!!! I also upped my exercise. Perhaps that will work for you if you aren't doing that at the moment.

Yeah Barb, i defintley need to be consistent with the water. I find i loose when i drink that gallon a day. I recently started working on the exercise, but haven't gone more than twice a week and i can do better.
