"Ongoing Weight Loss" at Low Carb Diet Support: "I have been on vacation most of the month of Feb. I was worried about living in a motel room for that time. But... I am happy to report that I actually lost 3 pounds ...."

I have been on vacation most of the month of Feb. I was worried about living in a motel room for that time. But... I am happy to report that I actually lost 3 pounds while gone. My goal was just to maintain. I brought my George Forman grill and the room had microwave and sm fridge. We also did lots of walking on the beach.
Just thiought that I'd share my good news.

Congrats Jackie!

That's a great accomplishment - actually LOSING weight while on vacation! I always feel lucky if I've just maintained. Keep up the great work - if you can still lose while on vacation, just think what you can accomplish now that you're home!!!
