 I have not tried it, but some people have. Most of the people that I have heard from say that it did not make much of a difference for them. Maybe someone with more experience will come and post. HTH Started Atkins on 9/20/03 235-->185; 150 goal  |

| Ive been using it since I moved on from induction. The caffine that is in it is from natural resources and is equivalent to one cup of coffee. I feel that it is helping with my fat burning. I dont exercise much to busy but then again I am at a stall but maybe its just a mind set. Meg |
