Please help me make anything that would be like Chili Low Carb friendly. I have tried ground beef and chili powder but not good. Might be good in the torilla wraps with cheese if I could find the right taste like the real thing.
Thanks,
Mary

Hi!
I tried the Gringo Billy's Low Carb Mix. It comes with a recipe. It makes a huge amount, so I divided the ingredients in thirds. Found the mix at Low Carb Nexus store in Greensboro, NC. It was either really good or I was very hungry. I think the recipe may be on www.lowcarbnexus.com website also.

Thanks Slatelee that's a start. Wow! 5 pounds of ground beef that would feed my whole neighborhood. I will be cutting it down for a dinner for two. Sounds good!
Thanks again,
Mary

Billy's chili is fabulous! And he's a really nice guy, too

I also have a chili recipe in both my published books. I'd be happy to send it on, if you wish.

Blessings!

Where can we find where to purchase Gringo Billys herbs mixes? I have never seen them here in NY.

Blessings,

Carol
