I am FINALLY under 200 after being separated from it for 2+ years now!! Wow. I continue to be amazed and for some reason I just STILL keep thinking this really isn't going to work for me. I am 3 lbs away from my first goal weight which was to be what I was before I had my 17 month old. My other baby is 5 months old and I feel SOOO much better now. I've been up the stairs much more recently than in the past year. (I hated the stairs when I was pregnant my son's room is up there we have a 2 bdr townhouse.) And I guess it carried over into after the pregnancy was over. AND I found a low carb store when I was off yesterday. It was WONDERFUL the lady has been LC for 4 years and she looks REALLY good. She has a guest book to sign so that she can get a group going that meets once a month. I bought flaxomeal. THAT is the best thing since REAL granola. It's better because it's not as hard. Great stuff. I have 20 lbs to go until I reach my second goal. I'll be ready FOR REAL this summer!!
