I seem to be having trouble keeping up at 30 carbs a day. I dunno why, i think mabye because i have a lot of fiber in my diet. but for today its already 2:30pm and i only have 12 net carbs. How do you all manage to eat more. i have had 3 servings of veggies today, an atkins shake (long story woke up late for class) a cup of coffee and meatloaf.

Maybe it is time to add in some nuts or even some blueberries or Rasberries.

But these are items where portion size is crucial, so check them against a carb counter like the one at www.atkins.com

I have the same problem--I have added a snack of almonds, or fruit carefully weighed or measured. I have also added Carb Control Yogurt to my lunches of salad with 3oz of meat. I also have a hard time keeping my caloric intake at an appropriate level becasue I eat so many veggies. Good luck--add a few nuts/seeds or some fruit to get up there a little easier. . .Blueberries and Raspberries 1/4 cup each with about 2 TBSPS of Whipped cream are awesome! and have about 10 gs of carbs in the total dessert! mmmmmmm-mmmmm!

This just strikes me as funny. What other eating plan would have us saying we are having trouble keeping our carb, or fat or calorie level UP???? Too funny. And we aren't STARVING, ya know?

Yes, to answer your question, I agree, add berries and nuts now. No problem there keeping your carb count up then!!!
