| Has anyone here tried this? What do you think of it and how often do you eat this? I've bought some from Wal-Mart yesterday (Strawberry and Rasberry flavored - They also have vanilla and peach)... Just wondered what everyone else's experience was with these. Take care! Crys 158/148/140 |

| I eat it for breakfast every morning with a couple of tablespoons of All-bran stirred in. Please note that I am currently in maintenance. However, I also ate it during OWL. I religiously tracked my foods using fitday. There are some schools of thought that says that yogurt carbs can be reduced by 1/2 due to live cultures in the product. I never reduced the count and used the full 14 carbs in my calculations. FWIW, they probably have 10 different flavors, all of which are good. | Their original Lite line does have a lot more flavors to choose from. The ones that I got are called "Carb Freedom", in which lists a total of 5 grams of carbs. |

| I have tried one of each of the four flavors that I have found and they are delicious! Peace, Joanna Atkins since 12/3/03 299/261/130 |

| I've tried the low carb stuff and really like it. I don't know if it stalls me or not. |

| If you're looking for the nutritional information about their yogurt, you can find it here. My problem would be that I would eat about 4 of these before I was satiated. I'm strange.... | April, I understand where you are coming from. They are small. But, I take them (only one at a time) to lunch and eat it at the end of the meal. They are satisfying! The low carb yogurts taste sweeter or more filling than other yogurts. I have trouble with nuts or low carb chips or pork rinds. Unless I put a few in a small dish, close everything up, and go upstairs, I will continue to eat them. I can never take the bag with me. If it is there, I have to keep eating it. That is my problem at parties too. If there is a big bowl of something to snack on and we do not have our own individual servings, I just keep eating. Where is my off button? LOL Peace, Joanna Atkins since 12/3/03 299/261/130 |

| I am the same way, have to take the bag, measure out a serving, put the dipin a dip bowla nd go sit down with it--no bags, no serving bowls--if I do I too keep munching out of habit as much as hunger. I like the single serving containers though they tend to be more expensive--I can control the amount by only taking one and knowing I have to be satisfied with it! 232/201.5/130 http://lowcarbeating.infopop.cc/6/ub...&ul=8176094385 If you can conceive it and believe it, you can achieve it! |
